Live fast, die young, with an impressive back-catalogue, it's a sucessful mantra that Mclusky have practiced.

Mclusky were a group of Welsh rock mavericks who didn't necessarily command respect when they were together, but this greatest hits compilation certainly shows what a gap they have left in the scene. Mcluskyism is a fast paced and mad ride through their back catalogue and rarities, from fiery punk to melodic beauty all strung together with an appealing eccentricity. Despite the fact that they have only been gone for a year, Mcluskyism shows how pretentious and image conscious the rock scene has become.
