Apple, kiwi and mint frappé

Serves 4
Ingredients
4 Granny Smith apples
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 kiwifruit, peeled and roughly chopped
1 cup chopped pineapple (fresh or canned)
¼ cup mint leaves, chopped
1 cup crushed ice
Method
Juice the apples with the skin on and combine with the lemon juice.
Place the kiwifruit, pineapple and mint leaves in a blender and blend until well combined. Add the apple juice mixture and ice and continue to blend until the frappe is smooth. Serve immediately.
